6、细胞移植治疗的失代偿期肝硬化患者作为治疗组，30例仅给予常规保守治疗的失代偿期肝硬化患者作为对照组，分别在治疗前及治疗后4，8周检测肝功能和凝血功能，观察不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗后8周总胆红素、白蛋白、凝血酶原时间较治疗前明显改善[(71．3-I-37．8)mol／L比(107．34-53．2)mol／L，(30．14-4．9)g／L比(27．5±5．1)g／L、(15．0士2．9)s比(16．7±3．9)s]，差异均有统计学意义(Po．05)。脐血干细胞移植过程中未
