1、·l2·山西中医2014年5月第30卷第5期SHANXIJOFTCMMay2014Vo1．30No．5·临床论著·芪归芎芍汤治疗肝肾阴虚型2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察王亨飞张新志邓瑞黄瑞萍摘要：目的：观察芪归芎芍汤治疗肝肾阴虚2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：将138例一临床明确诊断为2型糖尿病周围神经病变(肝肾阴虚型)的患者随机分为2组。对照组63例，单独服用弥可保治疗；治疗组65例，应用弥可保联合芪归芎芍汤进行治疗，并随证加减。3个月后观察主要症状及体征改善情况、空腹及餐后两小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白及观测足部震动感觉阈值。结果：治疗组总有效率86．

2、2％；对照组总有效率61．9％；两组临床疗效比较，有显著性差异(P<0．O1)；治疗前后两组主要症状及体征改善情况比较，有显著性差异(P<0．01)；vPrr测定比较，两组治疗前后有明显差异(P<0．05)；HbA。C治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0．01)；FPG、2hPG治疗前后无差异(P>0．05)。结论：芪归芎芍汤联合弥可保治疗肝肾阴虚2型糖尿病周围神经病变可明显改善临床症状，疗效明显优于单纯西药内服治疗。关键词：2型糖尿病；周围神经病变；肝肾阴虚；芪归芎芍汤中图分类号：R587．2文献标识码：B文章编号：1000—7156(2014)05—0012—0
