1、中国慢性病预防与控制2014年2月第22卷第1期ChinJPrevContrChronDis,February2014,Vo1.22,No.1·9··论著·非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝脏脂肪含量变化与糖代谢的关系刘春梅,聂秀玲,孙丽荣天津医科大学代谢病医院痛风科,天津300070摘要:目的分析非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者肝脏脂肪含量(LFC)在不同糖代谢下的变化及影响LFC的相关危险因素。方法选取200例2384岁受检者根据肝脏超声检查,分成非NAFLD组125例和NAFLD组75例,再根据口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGrITI’)检查结果分为糖调节异常(IGR)组、新诊断2型糖尿病
