2、子Q(TNF_)和干扰素一(IFN一7)的变化。方法6O例CHBHBeAg阳性患者被随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组3O例，CHB治疗组接受补肾清透方治疗，疗程48周，CHB对照组不接受药物治疗。分别在开始和第48周时两组患者抽血检测HBVDNA、II一2、II一4、II一10、TNF-a和IFN一7。结果CHB治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较，II一2、TNF—d、IFN一7明显升高，HBVDNA、II一4、II一lO明显下降(PO．05)。结论补肾清透方能抑制CHBHBeAg阳性患者HBVDNA复
