2、”不同剂量组煎剂灌胃，对照组用“雷公藤多甙片”混悬液灌胃，空白组及模型组用蒸馏水灌胃。观察“补肾活血方”组对大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型的关节炎指数(AI)、足跖肿胀厚度、体重和TNF—a、IL-4、IL—lO的含量以及观察左后踝关节滑膜组织的病理变化的影响。结果：“补肾活血方"各剂量组、对照组与模型组比较，均能降低大鼠左、右足跖肿胀厚度和AI，增加大鼠体重以及下调大鼠血清中TNF-a的含量，上调IL-4、IL-IO的水平，上调IL-4、IL一10的水平，有统计学差异(P
