4、starratsnamedWKYgroup.Thetreatmentgroupsweretreatedwithintragastricadministration,usinghigh-doseofbushenhuoxuedecoction,median-doseofbushenhuoxuedecoction,low-doseofbushenhuoxuedecoction,captoprilrespectively.ModelgroupandWKYgroupweretreatedwithintragastricadministrat
5、ionwithdistilledwaterofthesamedose.After8weeks,ObservedtheMorphologicalchangesanddeterminedtheechocardiographicparametersofeachgroup.ThenELISAwasusedtodeterminethelevelofsFasandMMP-2intheratsofeachgroup.Result:1、Comparedtothewistarrats,themodelofheartfailureinducedbyS
6、HR,theleftventricularposteriorwallthickness,leftventricularend-diastolicdiameterandleftventricularcontractionoftheendofinnerdiameterwereincreased,fractionalshorteningandleftventricularejectionfractionweredeclined.Therewassignificantdifference(P<0.05).Moreinlinewithhum
