1、·84·滨州医学院学报2014年4月第37卷第2期BMUJournal,Apt.2014,Vo1.37,No.2表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯抑瘤活性及抗氧化作用研究孙若思梁惠孙藜玮王林林1青岛大学医学院医学营养研究所青岛266021;2威海市卫生学校【摘要】目的研究EGCG对小鼠Hzz肝癌生长及抗氧化作用的影响。方法给予荷瘤鼠喂饲2O、4o、80mg·kg·d。EGCG,阳性对照组小鼠腹腔注射20mg·kg·d_。5-氟尿嘧啶(5一Fu),并设空白及模型对照组,2周后处死动物,无菌条件下取肿瘤、脾和胸腺,称重,计算抑瘤率及脏器指数。以试剂盒测定各组小鼠血浆中丙二醛(MDA
