1、药物与l床中国现代医生2014年6月第52卷第17期阿维A与NB-UVB联合治疗对银屑病患者血清IL一6及IL一8的影响谭颖李凯曾丽玲广东省肇庆市皮肤病医院皮肤科，广东肇庆526020【摘要】目的探讨阿维A与NB—UVB联合治疗对银屑病患者血清IL一6及IL一8的影响。方法选择2011年1月～2013年1月在我院住院治疗的银屑病患者64例，随机分为观察组和对照组各32例，观察组予阿维A胶囊联合NB—UVB进行治疗．对照组仅予阿维A胶囊治疗，比较两组的疗效及两组患者治疗前后PASI评分及IL一6及IL一8的水平的变化。结果两组治疗4周后的总有效率分别为90．6％和71．9％，差异存在统计学

2、意义(x=7．386，P<0．05)。观察组治疗28d后的PASI评分较对照组降低更显著，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。治疗4周后，两组患者的IL一6、IL一8水平较治疗前显著降低，且观察组较对照组降低更显著(P<0．05)。结论阿维A与窄谱UVB二者联用治疗银屑病具有协同作用，疗效确切，安全性好，且明显改善患者的临床症状，降低血清IL一6、IL一8水平，可能与通过发挥抗炎、抑制炎症细胞因子IL一6、IL一8的产生而调节银屑病的免疫功能有关。[关键词】银屑病；阿维A；NB-UVB；IL-6；IL-8【中图分类号】R758．63[文献标识码】B【文章编号】1673—9701(2014)
