2、,中药治疗组用脑神康胶囊水溶液灌胃,其余两组用等量生理盐水灌胃,每日1次,持续12周。在0、4、8、12周测血糖及进行Morris水迷宫实验,使用免疫组化及RT—PCR技术检测海马HIF—loL的表达。结果中药治疗组与糖尿病组大鼠HIF一1表达量较正常对照组增高,中药治疗组第8、12周较糖尿病组HIF—l表达量减少(P<0.01或P<0.05)。水迷宫潜伏期自第4周始中药治疗组较糖尿病组缩短(P<0.01或P<0.05),较正常对照组延长。结论脑神康胶囊能下调HIF一1仪表达,改善记忆能力下降症状,减轻糖尿病脑功能损害。关键词:脑神康胶囊;糖尿病;乏氧诱导因子;海马;水迷宫中图分类号:R285
