1、E5半定量RT-PCR法测定TRAIL,survivin在同癌组织中表达及其意义［摘要］目的检测肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体（tumornecrosisfactor-relatedapoptosis-inducingligand,TRAIL）及抑制凋亡基因家族成员survivin在胃癌组织中的表达，并探讨其意义。方法利用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）法检测82例胃腺癌及对应的正常胃组织中TRAIL和survivin的表达。结果TRAIL在正常胃组织中的表达阳性率及相对表达量均明显高于癌组织（P〈0.05）；而survivin的表达则与TRA
2、IL表达相反，正常胃组织中不表达，在胃癌组织中的表达阳性率为62.2%oTRAIL和survivin表达量与肿瘤的分化程度有关，分化程度越低，TRAILmRNA表达量越低，而survivinmRNA表达量越高，高分化胃腺癌与低分化胃腺癌间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论TRAIL和survivin在胃癌凋亡过程中起着重要的作用，TRAIL可诱导凋亡，survivin则抑制凋亡发生。。［关键词］胃癌；肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体；survivin；逆转录聚合酶链反应。［中图分类号］R735.2；Q786［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1671-756
