1、2394实用医学杂志2014年第3O卷第15期·临床研究·青少年抑郁症前额叶的磁共振波谱研究毛宁刘泉源王静代彩云张迪王倩王滨摘要目的：利用磁共振波谱(H—MRS)分析研究青少年抑郁症患者前额叶的代谢改变。方法：收集年龄、性别及教育程度匹配的24例青少年抑郁症患者(抑郁症组)和23例健康青少年(对照组)，应用多体素tH．MRS技术测量前额叶白质和灰质内N一乙酰天门冬氨酸盐(NAA)、胆碱复合物(Cho)、肌酸(Cr)等代谢物的水平。结果：抑郁症组左背外侧前额叶白质NAA／Cr、Cho／Cr较对照组显著减低[NAA／cr：1．67士0．32，t=3．126，P=0．0O4；Cho／Cr
