1、·44·解放军医药杂志2014年10月第鲞箜Ph!!::!!!:!·论著·锁骨颅骨发育不良患者牙髓细胞的生物学特性及超微结构分析邓力山,毛小波,轩东英[摘要]目的通过分离培养锁骨颅骨发育不良(CCD)患者的牙髓细胞,观察其牙髓细胞的生物学特性及其超微结构。方法临床收集1例CCD患者的下恒牙,分离培养牙髓细胞,检测细胞生长凹线,流式细胞仪检测细胞周期,透射电镜观察细胞超微结构,并与正常牙髓组织比较。结果成功分离培养CCD患者牙髓细胞,与正常人相比,CCD患者的牙髓细胞生长趋势较为缓慢,处于G1期的细胞比例显著增高(P<0.01),处于s期的细胞比例显著降低(P<0.01
