1、18实用医院临床杂志2015年7月第12卷第4期舒肝解郁胶囊与舍曲林治疗癫痫合并轻中度抑郁症的对照研究喻良，黄雨兰b，黄a何保明a，李素萍，杨a孙红斌(四川省医学科学院-四川省人民医院a．神经内科，b．心身医学中心，四川I成都610072)【摘要】目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊治疗癫痫合并轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将74例健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ．9)评分5～14分的成年癫痫患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=36)，在抗癫痫药物治疗的基础上，分别给予舒肝解郁胶囊及舍曲林抗抑郁治疗，比较两组治疗前、治疗6个月后癫痫发作频

2、率及PHQ-9评分。结果治疗6个月后，两组PHQ-9评分及癫痫发作频率均较治疗前显著降低(均P<0．05)，但组间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0．05)；观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0．05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊治疗癫痫合并轻中度抑郁症的疗效与舍曲林相当，而安全性更好。【关键词】癫痫；抑郁；舒肝解郁胶囊；舍曲林【中图分类号】R742．1【文献标志码】A【文章编号】1672—6170(2015)04-0018-03Acomparativestudyonshugan-jieyucapsuleandsertralineinthet
