2、护理后的抑郁及日常生活能力变化情况。结杲护理前，两组的抑郁状态评分、自评抑郁量表评分及Barthel评分之间无明显差异，不具有统计学意义，P>0．05；护理后，观察组的抑郁状态评分、自评抑郁量表评分明显低于对照组，Barthel评分明显高于对照组，均具有统计学意义，P<0．05。结论在急性缺血性脑卒中患者康复期护理中开展舒适护理模式可以有效改善患者的抑郁程度，提高日常生活能力与生活质量，有助于加快患者的康复速度。关键词：急性缺血性脑卒中；舒适护理；日常生活能力；抑郁状态中图分类号：R743．3文献标识码：A文章编号：1672—2639(2015)02—0
