2、密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分变化，并评定疗效。结果2组痊愈率及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)，治疗组疗效优于对照组；2组治疗后HAMD及SDS评分与本组治疗前比较均降低差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)，且治疗组治疗后较对照组降低更明显(P<0．05)。结论玫瑰解郁汤联合针刺疗法治疗抑郁症临床疗效确切，可以明显降低HAMD及SDS评分，改善患者抑郁状态．安全可靠。【关键词】抑郁症；针刺疗法；中药疗法【中图分类号】R246．1；R289．61；R749．42【文献
