1、武警医学2014年lO月第25卷第1O期MedJChinPAPF、Vo1．25．No．10．October．2014987建立科研型肝癌肝移植标本库质量控制体系的初步探讨王乐天，张庆，郝昱文。，陈虹，陈新国，沈中阳【摘要】目的探讨建立科研型肝癌肝移植临床标本库质量控制体系，制定规范化的肝癌肝移植标本采集、处理、保存操作流程及标本信息化管理系统。方法借鉴国内外建立标本库的标准化程序，制定肝癌肝移植标本库操作流程及质量控制体系，规范化收集、处理及保存肝癌肝移植受者的肿瘤组织及血液标本，同时收集良性肝病肝移植受者以及

2、健康供者的肝组织及血液标本作为研究对照。对所收集的标本及相关的临床资料信息进行系统化管理。结果自2009-08肝癌肝移植标本库现收集有完整临床资料的501例肝移植供、受者的组织及术前／术后血液标本。其中，肝癌标本包括肿瘤组织、癌旁组织及远端非癌组织标本共计1773份。随机抽取45例标本进行质量监测，显示标本取材的准确率达90％以上，标本质量较好。开发了规范化的标本信息资料计算机管理系统。结论初步建立了具有一定规模的科研型肝癌肝移植标本库质量控制体系，有利于提高标本的质量，为肝移植研究提供了规范化的临床样本资源平
