1、28·论著·《中国医学前沿杂志(电子版)》2015年第7卷第4期桡骨远端骨折患者与正常人群骨密度与骨折风险系数对比研究李春明17周曼瑜，李广程(1．吉林市中心医院骨科，吉林吉林132021；2．吉化集团公司总医院骨科，吉林吉林132021)【摘要】目的研究桡骨远端骨折患者与正常人群的骨密度、骨质疏松症发病率及骨折风险系数的变化规俸，筛选易骨折人群进行防治。方法采用OSTEOCORE一2双能x线骨密度检测仪对135例桡骨远端骨折患者(观察组)和同年龄段体质指数(BMI)相匹配的135例正常人群(对照组)进行前臂

2、尺桡骨远端1／3处的骨密度、骨折风险系数及T值测定，并进行统计学分析。结果在同一年龄段，观察组患者骨密度明显低于对照组。在同一年龄段，观察组患者骨折风险系数明显高于对照组，且平均高出200％～300％。观察组患者骨质疏松症发病率较对照组明显升高，且两组研究对象骨质疏松症发病率随年龄增加明显增加。结论桡骨远端骨折患者较正常人群骨密度降低，且骨质疏松症发病率增加。低骨密度伴骨折风险系数高于正常均值的200％～300％时即为桡骨远端骨折易发病例。【关键词】桡骨远端骨折；骨密度；骨质疏松症；发病率Comparativ
