2、(5OmL/LIH)组,对照组向低氧箱内持续注入压缩空气,间歇低氧组分别暴露于间歇性低氧条件下(暴露时间每天7h,持续时间分别为3、7、14、21d)。免疫组织化学染色检测海马CA1区HIF一1、survivin蛋白的表达,原位末端标记法检测神经细胞凋亡。结果与对照组比较,海马CA1区神经细胞凋亡指数在间歇低氧3d时无明显差异,间歇低氧7、14、21d组凋亡指数均明显高于对照组,于21d达高峰。与对照组比较,间歇低氧组HIF-1、survivin蛋白的表达在各时间点均增加,14d达峰值后逐渐下降,两者表达呈正相关关系(r=0.836)。结论早期间歇低氧可诱导海马CA1区
