1、182肝胆外科杂志2015年6月第23卷第3期JournalofHepatobiliarySurgery，Vol，23，No．3，Jun．2015黄芪注射液对脾切除术后早期T细胞亚群的影响石秀全，强泽好【摘要】目的观察中药黄芪注射液对外伤性脾破裂行脾切除患者手术前、后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法选50例外伤性脾破裂需要行脾切除病例，随机分实验组、对照组，每组各25例。用免疫荧光法检测脾切除患者手术前、术后第1、3、7d测定T细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8数值水平，分别记录实验组、对照组切El感染、肺部感染、术后低热的发生率。结果实验组、对照组术前外周血C

2、D3、CD4、CD8水平比较无统计学意义。脾切除术后第1d，CD3、CD4、CD8水平较手术前比较，两组均有降低，组间比较无统计学意义；但实验组第3d呈升高趋势，且第7d仍然保持在较高水平。对照组第3d即下降，第7d与第3d比较，变化无统计学意义。两组在术后第3d开始，CD3、CD4、CD8数据比较即有明显差异(P<0．05)。结论黄芪注射液对脾切除术后早期T细胞亚群CD3、CIM、CD8水平的变化，具有一定影响，对脾切除术后免疫功能的提高、术后并发症的减少，具有较好的疗效，可以作为脾切除术后中西医结合提高患者免疫功能的一种治疗手段。【关键词】创伤性脾破裂；
