2、00／aM组、辛伐他汀10／aM+IS500／aM组。采用WST-1法检测VSMC增殖情况；硫代巴比妥酸法检测培养基中丙二醛(malondialdehyde，MDA)含量；ELISA方法测定晚期氧化蛋白产物(advancedoxidationproteinproducts，AOPP)。结果与正常组比较，IS300／aM组和IS500／aM组上清液的WST-1(OD值)[(1．55±0．27)比(1．18±0．25)与(1．73±0．30)比(1．18±0．25)，P
