1、262Vo1．26No．3JournalofAerospaceMedicineMar2015连续性血液净化在危重病合并高钠血症治疗中的应用刘京亮[摘要]目的对连续性血液净化在危重病合并高钠血症治疗中的应用效果进行探讨。方法随机抽取2012年12月一2013年l2月治疗的25例危重病合并高钠血症患者，分析对患者连续性血液净化治疗前后的渗透压、血钠浓度、生理学、病情转归、血钠变化以及APACHEII变化进行对比与分析。结果25例危重病合并高钠血症患者在接受治疗后，13例死亡，12例存活，存活率为48％。治疗

2、前患者的血钠水平、高血钠持续时间以及A—PACHEI1评分分别是(167．3±7．7)mmol／L，(21_5±2．9)h、(24．4±3．1)分。患者治疗前后的血浆渗透压、血钠浓度、置换液钠浓度等，存在明显差异，具备统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论连续性血液净化在危重病合并高钠血症治疗中的应用，不仅存在明显的治疗效果，而且安全可靠。因此危重病合并高钠血症患者应在早期使用连续性血液净化进行治疗，以改善患者预后。[关键词]连续性血液净化；危重病合并高钠血症；治疗效果【中图分类号]R589．4[文献标识码]
