2、合的教学能力培养体系,对教师的临床教学能力进行了系统的培训和评估。结果该体系经过10年的应用,培养了32名校级精品课教师,25人获省部级以上教学名师称号,先后5次获各类国家级精品课程,并在2010年成为国家级教学团队。结论该培养体系显著地提升了教师的教学能力,改善了本科教学质量,为整体提高教研室教师的临床授课水平提供了有力的保证。关键词临床医学;教学能力;培养体系;教学团队中国图书资料分类号G643文献标识码AV_aabns~agastereoscopic·integratedtrainingsystemforclinicalteachingabil
