1、新医学2015年5月第46卷第5期289基础研究论著干细胞标志Lgr5在糖尿病小鼠小肠上皮中的表达钟献阳于涛黎洁瑶杨洪生欧阳慧陈其奎【摘要】目的探讨糖尿病小鼠小肠上皮干细胞标志分子G蛋白偶联受体5(Lgl5)的表达及干细胞数量的改变情况。方法采用链脲佐茵素腹腔注射的方法建立糖尿病小鼠模型，用免疫组织化学检查(免疫组化)检测糖尿病小鼠(6只)与正常小鼠(6只)小肠上皮组织中5的表达，并分离糖尿病小鼠与正常小鼠原代小肠上皮细胞，采用流式细胞技术测定Lg6阳性细胞在上皮细胞中的比例。结果免疫组化结果显示糖尿病与正常小鼠小肠上皮每个隐窝单位的Lg6阳性细胞数量

2、分别为(3．7±0．5)个及(1．54-0．6)个，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。流式细胞技术测得糖尿病与正常小鼠小肠上皮I阳性细胞比例分别为(28．754-3．69)％及(6．55-I-1．78)％，前者上皮组织中Lsr5阳性细胞比例显著高于后者(P<0．05)。结论链脲佐茵素诱导的糖尿病小鼠小肠上皮Lgr5阳性干细胞数量增加，Lgr5在糖尿病小鼠小肠上皮细胞高表达。【关键词】G蛋白偶联受体5；糖尿病；小肠上皮干细胞；原代细胞分离ExpressionofthestemcellmarkerLgr5inthesmallintestinalep
