7、··········································43中 文 摘 要 Wnt1和Lgr5在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及意义摘要目的:卵巢癌(ovariancancer)是女性生殖器官三大恶性肿瘤之一,其中上皮性肿瘤是最常见的病理类型,其发病率次于子宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌列居第三位,但致死率居妇科恶性肿瘤之首,严重威胁着妇女的生命和健康。在卵巢癌的早期阶段,患者常无症状且缺乏有效的诊断手段,大部分患者确诊时已处于疾病的晚期,经治疗后又因肿瘤的复发和化疗耐药,5年生存率仍低于30%。因此,解决
8、早期诊断以及复发和化疗耐药等问题成为改善卵巢癌患者预后的关键。卵巢上皮性癌(Epithelialovariancancer,EOC)是一组高异质性肿瘤,其组织来源尚不明确。肿瘤干细胞(CancerStemCells,CSCs)假说是近年来提出的新理论,认为肿瘤干细胞是存在于肿瘤组织中的一类细胞亚群,与正常干细胞相似,具有自我更新、多向分化潜能和
