2、导管进入气管(T1)、插管后3min(T2)、插管后5min(T3)的HR、SBP、DBP、一次插管成功率、插管时间及气管插管并发症发生情况．结果一次插管成功率A组(92．86％)明显高于B组(70．37％)，插管时间A组(48s)显著短于B组(75s)，P<0．05；2组患者插管前后血流动力学差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)．2组插管并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)．结论改良视可尼喉镜插管法可缩短插管时间，提高插管成功率，在颈椎损伤患者的气管插管应用中安全有效．[关键词]视可尼喉镜；颈椎骨折；气
