2、肺癌组中的检出差异。同时根据肺癌分化程度将肺癌组分为高分化组(16例)与低分化组(24例),比较miRNA一449a在不同分化组织中的检出差异。结果肺癌组miRNA一449a的阳性检测率明显低于非肺癌组(P<0.05),肺癌高分化组miRNA一449a的阳性检测率显著高于肺癌低分化组(P<0.05);此外,肺癌组95D—pCD.NA3.1一miR一449a划痕宽度明显低于非肺癌组(P<0.05),肺癌高分化组95D—pCDNA3.1一miR一449a划痕宽度显著高于肺癌低分化组(P<0.05)。结论miRNA一449a可作为筛查肺癌及评估肺癌
