2、静脉给予1mL生理盐水，比较两组患者的麻醉效果及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者地佐辛注人后10min呼吸频率明显较对照组及注人前加快(P0．05)，与对照组比较存在显著差异(P<0．05)；试验组患者全麻丙泊酚用量明显低于对照组(P<0．05)，并且试验组术后各时期VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0．05)；两组患者不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>O．05)。结论地佐辛作为全麻手术超前镇痛药物具有较好的术中镇痛、镇静效果，可降
