1、血液灌流联合血液透析治疗急性百草枯中毒疗效观察　　【摘要】目的分析目前治疗急性百草枯中毒方法。方法74例急性百草枯中毒患者，根据治疗方法不同分为内科治疗组、血液灌流治疗组和血液灌流+血液透析治疗组。内科治疗组给予洗胃、维持水电解质平衡、保护内脏功能等对症支持治疗，血液灌流治疗组在内科治疗的基础上加用血液灌流治疗，血液灌流+血液透析治疗组在内科治疗的基础上加用血液灌流及血液透析联合治疗。比较三组患者治疗效果。结果血液灌流+血液透析治疗组死亡率为20.00%，低于血液灌流治疗组的50.00%，血液灌流+血液透析治疗组及血液灌流治疗组死亡率低于常规内科治疗组的76.47%，差异有统计学意义。三组患者
