1、小切口微创手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效观察组升高程度优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义。观察组术后并发症发生率为8.1%，低于对照组的27.0%，差异有统计学意义。术后随访1年，观察组优良率97.3%高于对照组的81.1%，差异具有统计学意义。结论小切口微创手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折效果显著，创伤小、术后并发症发生率低，值得临床推广。　　【关键词】小切口微创手术；跟骨关节内骨折；疗效观察　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.17.009　　Observationoncurativeeffectofsmallincisionminimallyinvasi
