2、ctin)的蛋白表达。结果香烟提取物处理组HUVECs的细胞形态发生了剧烈的变化，失去了基本形态；而阿托伐他汀联合香烟提取物处理组HUVECs的细胞形态仅发生了轻微的改变，保留了基本形态。同时VCAM一1和E-selectin蛋白在香烟提取物处理组细胞中表达明显高于对照组和阿托伐他汀联合香烟提取物处理组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；VCAM一1和E—seleetin蛋白在阿托伐他汀联合香烟提取物处理组细胞中的表达稍高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P
