1、《中国肝且中病杂志(电子版)》2014年第6卷第3期·论著·41阿德福韦酯联合拉米夫定对大鼠肾细胞线粒体DNA的影响王司,朱新宇(山西医科大学第一临床医学院感染科,太原030001)摘要:目的探讨ADv和LAM联合应用对大鼠肾细胞线粒体DNA的损伤情况。方法SD大鼠随机分为LAM组、ADV组、ADV+LAM组和空白对照组,连续灌胃给药8周后,采用实时荧光定量PCR(rea1.timePCR)法检测各组大鼠肾细胞线粒体细胞色素b的基因含量;同时检测各组大鼠的血肌酐、尿素氮水平。并对数据进行单因素方差分析。结果LAM组、ADV组、ADV+LAM组大鼠肾
2、细胞线粒体细胞色素b的基因含量分别为0.79±0.12、0.59±0.13、0.42±0.89,较空白对照组(1.00±0.00)明显减少(F=63.72,P=0.00);其中ADV组较LAM组基因含量低,t=3.48,P<0.01;ADV+LAM组与LAM组、ADV组两个单药组相比,基因含量最低(t=7.66、3.51,尸均<0.01)。而各组大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮水平差异均无统计学意义(P=0.14、0.08)。结论连续给药8周,LAM组、ADV组、ADV+LAM组的肾细胞线粒体DNA水平均有所下降,其中ADV+LAM组线粒体DNA含量下降最明显,
