1、lO8·中华实验和临床病毒学杂志2014年4月第28卷第2期ChineseJExpliVir0,P!!:!!:.论著HBsAg与抗一HBs同时阳性者HBVS基因准种分析张硕,沈立萍,张爽,王锋,张勇,毕胜利【摘要】目的分析HBsAg与抗一HBs同时阳性者体内乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)S基因准种分布及基因突变情况。方法收集3例HBsAg与抗一HBs同时阳性者的血清和基本信息,提取HBVDNA,用PCR法扩增HBVS基因,将s基因克隆至载体,测序后通过软件分析准种序列差异、计算遗传距离分析进化选择压力。结果1号样本感染的HBV为B2型,2号和3号为c5型;准种遗传进化分析发现1号同时存在两种
