2、上消化道穿孔术患者346例进行回顾性分析；采用SPSS19．0软件进行统计分析。结果346例行上消化道穿孔术患者术后发生肺部感染95例，感染率为27．5；上消化道穿孔术后危险因素的比较中，以年龄、胃肠减压时间、术前发生休克、手术麻醉方式、术后是否镇痛、合并有其他肺部慢性疾病是发生肺部感染的危险因素；多因素logistic回归分析显示，胃肠减压时间、年龄以及合并肺部慢性疾病是肺部感染的独立危险因素(P
