1、中国当代医药2014年9月第2l卷第25期·药物与临床·抗病毒治疗乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭的效果分析许飞姜蔓蕾曾敬科胡江玲梁斌江西省赣州市第五人民医院肝病科，江西赣州341000【摘要】目的研究抗病毒治疗乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭患者的效果。方法选择2011年5月～2013年11月在本院接受治疗的乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭患者92例，将其随机分成对照组和观察组，各46例。对照组给予乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭的常规内科治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合拉米夫定进行抗病毒治疗，观察治疗前后患者肝功能指标的变化，同时比较两组患

2、者的好转率和存活率。结果治疗后，两组的Alb、A水平升高，TBiL、AST水平下降，且观察组上述指标的改善情况优于对照组(尸<0．05)；观察组的好转率、存活率分别为54．3％、60．9％，高于对照组的39．1％、37．0％(P<0．05)。结论常规内科治疗乙型肝炎相关慢加急性肝衰竭同时联合抗病毒治疗能显著改善患者的肝功能、提高患者的存活率，临床应用价值显著，值得推广。【关键词】乙型肝炎；慢加急性肝衰竭；抗病毒；肝功能；存活率【中图分类号】R512．6f文献标识码】Af文章编号】1674—4721(2014)09(a)
