2、，选取慢性肝病100例作为对照，比较胃镜下特点。结果研究组出现多种消化道病变，反流性食管炎44例(37％)，胃溃疡30例(25％)，糜烂性胃炎61例(51％)，门脉高压性胃病24例(20％)，胃底静脉曲张37例(31％)，与对照组比较，差异有显著性(P<0．05)；2级、3级反流性食管炎研究组为33例(75％)，中重度浅表性胃炎研究组为78例(82％)，急性期溃疡研究组为22例(73％)，与对照组比较，差异均有显著性(P<0．O5)。HP阳性率两组差异无显著性。结论慢加亚急性肝衰竭患者胃黏膜损害普遍较
