2、析；对照组采取常规护理措施，干预组在常规护理基础上采取综合护理干预措施，观察两组切口愈合及感染发生情况；采用SPSS15．0软件进行数据处理。结果2009—2012年医院2963例手术患者中256例患者术后发生切口感染，感染率为8．64；送检的983份标本中检出病原菌145株，检出率为14．75，病原菌以大肠埃希菌和表皮葡萄球菌为主，分别占44．83和29．66；护理干预组的手术切口感染率为5．45，常规护理组为13．64，两组感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P
