2、儿16例(观察组)，对两组患儿的临床特征进行对比分析。结果混合感染多见于城镇的学龄前儿童。在临床表现方面，观察组热峰高、热程长、肺部阳性体征、心率加快、颈部淋巴结肿大及肝脏增大的发生率明显高于对照组，住院时间明显长于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(Pl
