1、．100．传染病信息2014年04月30日第27卷第2期InfectDisInfo，Vo1．27，N。．2，April30，2014恩替卡韦联合六味五灵片治疗慢性乙型肝炎41例疗效研究钟远辉，戴小灵【摘要】目的观察恩替卡韦联合六味五灵片治疗慢性乙型肝炎(chronichepatitisB，CHB)的疗效和安全性。方法选择本院2010年7月一2011年7月门诊和住院CHB患者81例，将其分为联合用药组(41例)和对照组(40例)。给予联合用药组恩替卡韦联合六味五灵片治疗，给予对照组恩替卡韦治疗。治疗期间每月随访记录症状、体征和不良反应，治疗前及治疗第3、6、12个月分别检测HBsAg、HBe

2、Ag、HBVDNA、血常规和肝肾功能。结果联合用药组HBeAg转阴率、HBeAb转阳率、HBVDNA转阴率和ALT复常率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。2组均未出现过敏反应和肾损伤。联合用药组1例和对照组2例出现头晕和腹部不适等，均不影响治疗。结论恩替卡韦联合六味五灵片治疗CHB，能快速、强效地抑制HBV复制，安全性和耐受性良好，较单用恩替卡韦疗效好，但尚须今后进一步研究验证。[关键词】乙型肝炎，慢性；抗病毒药；安全；治疗结果；病例对照研究【中国图书资料分类号】R512．62[文献标志码]A【文章编号】1007—8134(2014)02—0100—03Therapeuticeficac
