2、乙二醇干扰素eL一2a治疗34例。比较2组病毒学应答率、生物化学应答率、复发率，计算成本及成本一效果比，并进行药物经济学评价。结果2组病毒学应答率、生物化学应答率、复发率无显著性差异；干扰素eL一2b治疗成本为8904元，其治疗结束时病毒学应答率成本效果比、持续应答率成本效果比、病毒应答未复发率成本效果比、生物化学应答率成本效果比、生物化学应答未复发率成本效果比分别为94．9，97．9，97．1，97．1，99．4；聚乙二醇干扰素0【一2a治疗成本为57552元，治疗结束时病毒学应答率成本效果比、持续应答率成本效果比、
