2、2周。结果：两组在治疗后经症状自评量表评估，躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、精神病性均较治疗前下降(P<0．01)，治疗组抑郁、焦虑、敌对性均较治疗前下降(P<0．01)；治疗组中医证候总有效率优于对照组(P<0．05)。结论：慢性乙型肝炎患者存在一定的情绪障碍，疏肝解郁法能有效改善此类患者的临床症状，在改善情绪障碍尤其是抑郁、焦虑、敌对性方面有显著效果。f关键词1慢性乙型病毒性肝炎；情绪变化；肝郁证；疏肝解郁；疏肝理脾片[中图分类号1R256．4『文献标识码]Af文章编号11672—951X(2014)
