1、第30卷第6期中华中医药学刊Vol．30No．62012年6月CHINESEARCHIVESOFTRADITIONALCHINESEMEDICINEJun．2012疏肝解郁法治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎伴焦虑抑郁障碍的临床研究张建生(遂昌县中医院肝病科，浙江遂昌323300)摘要:目的:观察中医疏肝解郁法治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎伴焦虑抑郁障碍的效果。方法:50例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)伴焦虑抑郁障碍病人，按随机数字表法随机分为西药组、中药组，每组25例。西药组加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片，每日1片;中药组予柴胡疏肝散加减，每日1剂。连续用药4

2、周，比较两组病人中医症状积分、焦虑抑郁评分等指标。结果:中药组治疗后中医症状积分较西药组低，有统计学差异(P＜0．05);两组治疗后焦虑抑郁评分比同组治疗前下降，均有统计学差异(P＜0．05);两组间治疗后焦虑抑郁评分均无统计学差异(P＞0．05)。结论:中医疏肝解郁法能改善慢性CHB伴焦虑抑郁障碍患者的焦虑抑郁等临床症状。关键词:病毒性肝炎;抑郁;焦虑;中医药疗法中图分类号:R581．04文献标识码:B文章编号:1673－7717(2012)06－1422－02EffectofSoothingtheLiverintheTreatm
