2、检测血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)水平,同时观察其对小鼠体重、肝指数和肝组织病理学的影响。利用油酸(oleicacid,OA)诱导人肝癌HepG2细胞发生脂肪变性,通过荧光染料Bodipy493/503染色检测川续断皂苷VI对细胞内脂滴沉积的影响。结果在ob/ob小鼠非酒精性脂肪肝动物模型中,川续断皂苷VI高、中剂量组均能显著降低TC、TG、LDL—C水平,增加HDL—C水平。川续断皂苷VI高剂量组可明显降低ob/ob小鼠体重、肝指数,减轻肝组织中肝细胞
