2、onA,禁食8h后眼球采血,并取肝组织,进行各项指标的检测及病理组织学检查。结果随着ConA剂量的提高,小鼠肝脾肿大较为明显,肝脾指数与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血浆谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)在较高剂量下升高比较明显(P<0.O1);ConA剂量的增加对血浆还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影响较为明显(P<0.01),而对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)影响并不是很大。肝匀浆中的糖原含量、GSH—PX以及SOD活性均有不同程度的降低,但与ConA剂量没有对应关系。肝脏病变在上述剂量范围内不明显
