1、重庆医学2014年3月第43卷第7期8O5论著·临床研究全反式维甲酸对人肺腺癌A549体外增殖的影响及其机制探讨梁宇佳,杨小琼,兰四友,秦艳。,邓述恺(1.泸州医学院附属医院呼吸内一科,四川泸州646000;2.成都龙泉驿区医院呼吸内科,成都610100)摘要:目的观察全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对人肺腺癌细胞A549增殖的影响,并对其机制进行初步的探讨。方法以肺腺癌A549细胞株为研究对象,用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测试验组和对照组细胞,计算细胞的生长抑制率;用透射电镜观察细胞细微结构变化情况;用酶联免疫吸附试验测定细胞上清液中环氧化酶一2(COX一2)的水平变化。结果不同试验
