7、~40岁(一21)、B组41～5O岁(一22)、C组51～60岁(一28)、D组61～83岁(一27)，行64层MSCT平扫，采用SyngoAcquisition工作站的Volume软件通过层切法逐层勾画肝脏各叶，由软件自动测算出数据。结果各组问男性尾状叶及肝脏总体积的差异有统计学意义(P均<0．05)，女性左内叶、右前叶及肝脏总体积的差异有统计学意义(P均
