4、tsbileductthatnoiflammationasthesamplesinthestudy．PatientswereallpostoperativeandpathologicalconfirmedinthesurgerydepartmentofShengjingHospitalofCMUfromJanuary，2006toMay，2010．ThePEDFandVEGFexpressionswereassessedbyimmunohistochemistry，andthedatawasanalyzed

5、bySPSS19．0．Results：ThepositivesignalofPEDFexpressionwasstainedyellowandmainlylocatedinthecellcytoplasmaandonthecellmembrane．Itmainlyexpressednegativeorweakpositiveincarcinomatissueandpositiveorweakpositiveinnormaltissue．ThepositivesignalofVEGFexpressionwas

6、stainedyelloworbrownandmainlylocatedinthecellcytoplasmaandonthecellmembrane．Itmainlyexpressedpositiveincarcinoma，butnegativeorweakpositiveinnormaltissue．Therewasnega-tivecorrelationbetweenPEDFandVEGFexpressions(r=一0．392，P<0．05)．PEDFandVEGFexpressionshowedt

7、hecorrelationwithlymphnodemetastasisandneoplasmstaging，butwithnocorelationwithtumorsizeorhistologicalgrades．Conclusion：LowexpressionofPEDFhasthecorrelationwithoccurence，development，invasionandmetasta-sisofcholangiocarcinoma．HighexpressionofVEGFhasthecorela
