1、中华器官移植杂志2014年6月第35卷第6期ChinJOrganTransplant，June2014，V01．35，No．6·333·KLF4表达联合米兰标准在肝癌肝移植受者预后分析中的价值孙红成彭志海【摘要】目的探讨转录因子Krtippel样因子4(KLF4)作为分子标志物联合米兰标准预测肝癌患者肝移植预后的价值。方法回顾性分析2001年至2009年间接受肝移植的105例肝细胞肝癌患者的病例资料，应用免疫组织化学、蛋白质印迹等方法检测肝癌及癌旁组织中KLF4的表达，采用Kaplan-Meier法分析各组受者术后5年的总体存活率和无瘤存

2、活率。结果肝癌组织中KLF4蛋白表达低于相配对的癌旁组织(PO．05)，但超出米兰标准的受者中，KLF4高表达的受者术后5年总体存活率和无瘤存活率分别达91．7和70．5，显著高于KLF4低表达的受者(P<0．05)。结论KLF4是可用于
