1、摘要企业房产资源管理信息系统是针对房地产行业的需设计和实现的，从而提高企业管理的效率。随着中国目前房地产行业的高速发展，各企业为了增强自己的竞争实力和完善自身，不仅在其他方面做出改革，更注重自身的提高。越来越多的房地产商采用信息化技术来管理企业，他们以自己的网络平台为基础，通过多边协议的形式进行集团采购和信息共享，提高市场竞争力，实现企业信息管理现代化。本系统主要功能是完成企业房产信息的系统化管理。整个系统分为五个模块：建筑物管理模块、房屋管理模块、住宅管理模块、维修管理模块、土地管理模块。切每个模块都包含了录入功能模块、修改功能模块、查询功能模块、删除功能模块。通过计算机使企业房产资源信息管

2、理步入了自动化，科学化管理的行列。避免了以往手工操作等繁杂的劳动，即节省了人力，又方便快捷，还大大提高数据的准确性。企业房产资源管理信息系统是一个中小型数据库管理系统，它界面美观、操作简单、安全性高，基本满足了企业管理的要求。本系统是在WindowsXP的环境下，以SQLServer2000作为后台数据库。企业房产资源管理信息系统在运行阶段，效果好，数据准确性高，提高了工作效率，同时也实现了企业管理计算机化。关键词：ASP；SQLServer2000；企业房产资源管理信息系统；模块化IIAbstractEnterpriseestateresourcesmanagementinformation
