1、论文随着IT技术的日新月异，人们开始越来越多地利用电脑来解决身边的一系列的事情。众所周知，员工是企业最大的财富，处理好员工与企业的关系，对于企业来说非常重要。本文对国内外人力资源管理信息系统技术的特点进行了综述，分析了系统的开发模式和实现技术，确定了系统开发的流程、模块和数据库，并设计实现了潍坊东方钢管有限公司人力资源管理信息系统。本文的主要工作包括：(1)分析了当前流行的人力资源管理信息系统的特点和东方钢管有限公司的现实情况之后，在比较分析各种开发模式、开发平台和数据库的基础上，选择适合本公司的人力资源管理信息

2、系统的开发模式、开发工具和数据库系统。(2)分析了系统目标，系统的功能性需求，包括系统管理、人员档案、人事调配和教育培训等模块。最后分析了非功能性需求，包括系统的完整性、系统的可扩充性与可维护性和技术适应性与应用适应性，这为后面的系统分析奠定了基础。(3)分析和提出了潍坊东方钢管有限公司人力资源管理信息系统的信息编码和属性数据库的设计方案，对该系统的实现作了深入的探讨；在此基础上，运用VisualBasic．NET作为系统开发工具，对潍坊东方钢管有限公司人力资源管理信息系统项目进行了详尽的方案设计，实现数据输入、

3、数据查询、人事调配、教育培训和系统维护等多方面功能。系统在一定程度上解决了目前靠手工解决这些问题的传统做法，实现了功能完备、使用方便、效率较高的人力资源管理信息系统。(4)采用B／S模式，设计和实现了潍坊东方钢管有限公司人力资源管理信息系统，并对系统实现中的几个关键问题，给出了解决方法。关键词：人力资源；管理信息系统；数据库；B／S架构江苏大学工程硕士学位论文ABSTRACTWiththerapiddevelopmentofITtechnology,peopleincreasinglyusecomputersto
