3、equencyandrelaxation—frequencyrela—实时组织弹性成像在CC1诱导大鼠肝纤维化造模中的应用价值乔金莹夏国园董梁李星云摘要目的探讨实时组织弹性成像(real-timetissueelastography,RTE)在CC1诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型的应用价值。方法65只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(8只)和实验组(57只),实验组用CC1诱导大鼠肝纤维化建立模型,分别于造模的第1、4、6、8周末时,进行RTE检查评分后处死大鼠行组织病理学检查并进行分期,将弹性评分与病理分期进行对比分析。结果弹性评分与肝纤维化程度呈显著正相关(r
